The first step starts with updating the game. Once updated, the video settings should automatically shift to 120 fps. And from there, it’s a smooth transaction to a more realistic picture.
Sometimes, the settings will not be changed, and you have to do it manually. To do so, follow the exact route below:
- Go to the PS5 console settings.
- Go to the screen and video settings.
- Select the video output.
- At the very bottom, ensure 120Hz output mode is set to automatic.
- Head back to the main system settings.
- Select saved data and game/app settings.
- Go to game presets.
- Select performance mode under performance mode or resolution mode to “performance mode.”
